The hotel administratings make some workings to profit fromproductive power in active ways. The basic workings are performance evaluationsand on-the - job trainings.The employees performances are determined together with workingperformances evaluations at the hotel administratings. According to the results ofperformace evaluations , necessities of employees on-the - job training aredetermined. Deficiencies about the employees? job are eradicated and at the sametime the employees knowledges, talents, attitudes and behaviours are gained forincreasing the workers performances by working performance evoluations withapplying on-the - job trainings at the hotel administratings .This study is formed for three parts. The first part includes; definiation ofhotel administrating, their properties and performance evaluations at hoteladministratings. The second part includes; on-the - job training and the knowledgeof their putting into practice.
