Abstract (EN)
Due to the intense competition in the market and the almost constant sales prices of the products in the market, businesses are focused on lowering their production costs in order to profit. Therfore businesses are concentrated on studies such as quality management, lean transformation and continuous improvement All in these studies, participation of all employees in addition management leadership and process adoption of management are crucial important in achieving success of process. In conducted this study has focused on the jishuken technique, which is a summary of the concepts described above. In order to understand the technique better, in this study firstly, Japanese business management style, sense of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement philosophy has explained. Then, the some notion and features of jishuken technique with training and implementation steps of the process has been mentioned besides have been focused on selected examples are presented to show how the method works. The conclusion reached in this study reducing unwanted costs in businesses and training of qualified managers, strengthening in-house communication, ownership of processes and adopt the principle of continuous improvement of managers, reducing resistance to lean transformation in enterprises and in order to the establishment of a working philosophy in facilities jishuken is a way of work recommended.
