Abstract (EN)
The continues devellopment of Internet technologies leads to the merge of real world and virtual world and generates the basis of the Internet of Things. This powerful combination is already the govermental strategy of many countries as called Industry 4.0. Industry 4.0, with interaction of fast developing IT technologies and production technologies aims to increase efficiency, effectiveness and economy in the production processes and reach competative advantages. In this research, the opportunities which are arising by effective deployment of the latest IT and production technologies will be analized. In this context, a digitalization research "DIGI Walk" in the selected automotive production Plant will be conducted. According to the outputs, by using Industry 4.0 components, a consept will be develloped, for minimizing or even eliminating of paper use in the lojistics and shopfloor processes of the manufacturing center located in Turkey. In scope of the concept RFID, E-INK, Tablets, Business Glasses or similar actual IT software/Hardware will be equired and integrated in the existing lojistics and production prosesses of the plant. The effects of the application on the worker, stability on the processes, time/plain savings, contribution on failure minimizing and costs will be analized by comparing the new status with the privious circumstances. In the analization phase data derived from time management, plain saving/investment and failure/risk assessment methods will be evaluated. For the concept and technology with positive evaluation, pilot implementation will be realized in the produktion plant and results will be shared.
