Comparison of the class management approaches of the private school teachers and govermental school teachers

For our country to be one of the changing and renening countries, it should bring up qualified human power. This research is made with the purpose of bringing suggestions to make the present situation better, to compare and examine the governmental school teachers and private school teachers, class management approaches which has a very important effect on education and instruction. There are six chapters in the research which are introduction, effective class management, motivation during the education organization, methodology, findings and comments, result and suggestion. The research covers first and second rank teachers at govermental and private schools. Inquiry is used as a data collecting method. Sub ? dimensions are found as executing factor analyzes on the data that is collected at the inquiry. Using ?ANOVA? and ?t? tests, sub-dimensions and the teachers demographic features are compared. Due to evaluating the research data ,these conclusions are reached at: First rank teachers are beter than second rank teachers in their class management approaches, teachers of 11- 15 years are beter than teachers of different working years; teachers who study for career development are beter than those who do not; and college graduates are beter than those who do not have a bachelor?s degree or master. According to the research results it has been suggested that it?s better to develop a logical and optimistic view for the class management, to provide management principles at the beginning of the term , to start lectures on time, to be persvasive about the whole class to join the lecture, not to make comparisons about the students performances, to arrange the class sitting order and tool materials, to make plans about applications.
