Abstract (EN)
The aim of this study is to investigate the relationship between technological leadership levels and the effectiveness of school administrators in private kindergatrens, primary, secondary and high schools in the province of Antalya. The 'Survey Research Methodolgy' was followed in this study. It is composed of 424 purposefully determinated private school teachers within 1611 (private school) teachers who are officiating in Antalya. In this study, the 'The Technological Leadership Role Scale', which was developed by Sincar (2011) and the "School Principals Effectiveness Questionnaire", developed by Koçak and Helvacı (2011), have been used. Both scales have been converted into optical form for ease of evaluation. Data obtained from the aforementioned scales have been analysed by means of SPSS, a statistical analysis programme. To track the demographic characteristics of participants, to determine various frequency and percentage statistics and to calculate averages and standard deviations ANOVA and T-tests have been used. Research findings show that there is a significant correlation between technological leadership levels and levels of effectiveness in private schools managers.
