Abstract (EN)
In this study, organizational support, managerial support, co-worker support and general self efficacy concepts are considered to be the predictors of employee knowledge sharing behaviour. The research results obtained by the analysis of surveys collected from 402 bank employees suggest that perceived co-worker employee support and perceived general self efficacy have positive effect on employees knowledge sharing behaviour. Different from the previous studies, research results suggest co-worker support should be considered as predictor of knowledge sharing behaviour. Research results also suggest that when compared to support variables general self efficacy predict a greater percentage of variance in knowledge sharing behaviour. This finding suggest that altough it is a less studied concept in this subject general self efficacy should be considered as a research variable in this research area. Besides instead of general self efficacy knowledge sharing self efficacy may be used in future research. Keywords: Knowledge sharing behaviour, perceived organizational support, perceived managerial support, perceived co-worker support, general self efficacy.
