Abstract (EN)
Aim: In this study, the early experiences to be effective in attached to the anxious and avoidance, attached to the anxious and avoidant the hypothesis that will distinguish major depression (MD) and panic disorder (PD) diagnosis fields patients. In addition, two diagnostic groups than in the control group is expected to show a high level of atached to the anxious and avoidance.Method: This study between October 2009 and October 2011, Turgut Ozal Medical Center, Inonu University Faculty of Medicine, Clinic of Psychiatry DSM-IV-TR diagnostic criteria, patients with a diagnosis of panic disorder and major depression with age, gender and education level were made with a control group matched for . During this period, study criteria, 100 patients with panic disorder, major depression in 100 patients and 145 healthy controls were recruited. Panic disorder, major depression according to DSM-IV-TR criteria, which was organized in a structured interview form (The Structured Clinical Interview for DSM-IV-TR: SCID-I) were determined. Participants in the study, and informed consent was informed of the action,. The research project was approved by the Ethics Committee of Inonu University Faculty of Medicine.Findings: MD and PD group were significantly higher than in healthy controls connect to a statistically shown to have anxious and avoidance scores. MD group than the PD group and healthy controls had a statistically significant higher score of attached to the anxious. MD and PD there is no statistically significant difference between groups in terms of attached to the avoidance are shown. MD group were breast-feeding less than 6 months to be formed by a statistically significant difference was shown. Attached to the anxious and avoidance, early experiences of the participants were shown not affected by.Result: This study, the first investigating of attachment style in sample of the Malatya. The most notable being as well to show that the MD group was breast-feeding at 6 months. The other most important thing to the high exposure of MD patients, attached anxious and avoidance. Increase the extent of avoiding the emergence of cultural dynamics can be explained in MD patients. PD patients compared to healthy controls attached to the anxiety and avoidance scores were high, attached to the emergence of anxious score significantly lower in the MD sample of Malatya, Turkey showed that the sample is compatible with. These results are consistent with previous studies. As a result, MD, PD and healthy controls differ in dimensions of attachment have shown a sample of Malatya.
