Abstract (EN)

The main source of this study was limited by the amount of the Şer'iye (Ottoman Islamic Law Courts) records of western Anatolia is one of the most valuable forms of Manisa, Edremid and Belt - Ederemid are documents of a judge. As is well known, court records recorded local history of the area as well as the lighting of the central administration and the important information about the functioning of the state apparatus may comprise.
