Abstract (EN)

As marketing evolves because of the developments in global culture, technology and the business world, marketing applications are also being adopted according to every era. In the light of these developments, Marketing 3.0 philosophy that takes human as a center point emerged. Marketing 3.0 is a philosophy whose cornerstones are the age of participation and collaborative marketing, the age of globalization paradox and cultural marketing and the age of creative society and human spirit marketing and it is brought by new era. In this study, corporate social responsibility whose importance has increased with the rise of Marketing 3.0 and its relationship with customer satisfaction and customer loyalty is aimed to be researched. It is also researched whether there is any difference between perception of corporate social responsibility according to demographics such as gender, marital status, education, age and monthly personal income.
