Abstract (EN)

Tourists visiting a destination because of many reasons. This is one of the reasons is the shopping destinations that tourists can be a main cause of the activity could be a destination visit. On the other hand tourists shopping for different purposes. The purchase of souvenirs for friends or in order to remember that holds on products from destination are that a few of the reasons why tourists making purchases. The economic dimension is the shopping of tourists visited destinations, provides an important contribution. This contribution relates the perceived shopping value, satisfaction and behavioural intentions. In this respect, The aim of the theses is to explain the importance of the shopping in tourism activities, to determine the perceived shopping value from shopping. The other aim is to examine the relationship between perceived shopping value and satisfaction, behavioral intention. This study consists of three parts: in the first part include the importance of shopping in tourism and shopping motivations. The second part focuses the concept of value, dimensions of perceived value and satisfaction, behavioral intention.A survey was completed by a total of 601 tourists (German, Dutch and British) in Antique Side area in Manavgat/Antalya. The results indicated that perceived shopping value effect tourist satisfactions.
