Abstract (EN)

The pharmaceutical industry requires significant investments in the economic sense in the world market is growing within with rapid progression. Because in this growing market scientific studies and applications in the pharmaceutical sector is gaining importance, is increased the need in the organic chemist for drug synthesis. In our study, for achylthio group-containing compounds used as active ingredients in certain medications were synthesized. Targeted synthesis in the course, the pyrazol acid ester used as starting material was synthesized according to the literature. The pyrazol acid ester, before alkaline hydrolysis, then chlorination reactions were converted into the pyrazole acid chloride. In the presence ammonium thiocyanate of the product formed, one-pot reacting the hydrazone and sekonderamin was performed. As a result of the reaction, pyrazole ring fused to containing achylthiourea group new potential biologically active compounds were synthesized. The structures of the synthesized compounds are illuminated using the Elemental analysis, FT-IR, 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR spectroscopy techniques.
