Abstract (EN)
Plastic parts are frequently used in many places in our lives and different methods are used in the manufacture of plastic products. It is the most commonly used injection molding method. Plastic injection method is very suitable for mass production and is usually applied to thermoplastics. For the complex products which are required to be removed more than once in the plastic injection method which is the subject of this study, it is applied in order to save material, reduce cycle time and increase the life of the mold. However, due to environmental factors process variables vary according to time. Classical process control methods are insufficient in the control of such systems. Therefore, fuzzy logic is used in optimization of such processes. This study was carried out with the aim of shortening the new product commissioning process which is one of the most important processes in plastic injection method with the proposed new approach. A fuzzy logic system is used to commission the new product.
