Abstract (EN)

In this thesis work, octa calcium phosphate (OCP) powder was produced and bone-like porous scaffolds were obtained with digital light processing (DLP) device. After the OCP scaffolds were kept in body fluid for certain time intervals, characterization processes were performed. Based on the theoretical and experimental analysis of the ionic balance in buffer solutions, succinic acid (Suc) added OCP for octa calcium phosphate synthesis was synthesized in 6 hours with varying amounts of Suc buffer solution at pH 5.5 and temperature = 60 ° C. A single OCP phase was detected in powder XRD models when the amount of added Suc was more than 10 times the stoichiometric amount in OCP. In this case, the high amount of Suc facilitated the formation of OCPs. Octa calcium phosphate powder was added in experimental stages in varying amounts, and the effects of the Suc concentration of Suc ion on OCP formation were observed. In order to examine the biocompatibility of OCP powders obtained after the process with bone structure, they were mixed with biocompatible resin in different proportions. After printing with digital light processing (DLP), which is a 3-D printing technique in the specified model, OCP skeletal structures printed with DLP were kept in body fluid at different time intervals. Characterization methods such as XRD phase analysis, SEM surface imaging, FTIR chemical bonding were applied in order to observe the changes in body fluid.
