Abstract (EN)

Organic solar cells have a wider field of use due to the fact that organic solar cells can be manufactured more easily than inorganic solar cells, their low cost, and flexible structure, which has led to greater focus on this cell structure in recent years. When we consider studies on the characteristics of organic panels, it is observed that mostly the characteristics of cell size have been examined. On the other hand, the lack of studies in literature on panel size characteristics in organic solar cells is striking. In the thesis study carried out in this scope, the characteristic curves of organic panels in relation to radiation, temperature, and moisture have been achieved. Based on the characteristic curves and experimental measurement results that have been obtained, a flyback converter design was made for organic panels with high voltage and low power characteristics. In this way, with the designed organic panel supported flyback converter, energy will be provided to small powerful, portable, compact devices such as mobile phones and smart watches in their environment. Also, maximum power point control studies have been done using MATLAB based Perturb & Observe and Incremantal & Conductance algorithms for the organic panel. This enabled the maximum power to be obtained from the organic panel.
