Abstract (EN)

In this study, the opinions of Ibn Hazm on human being, which he dealt with in some other works particularly in Ahlâk ve's-Siyer fi Müdâvat'in-Nüfus, were examined within the frame of psychology. In order to base Ibn Hazm's views somewhere, it was considered appropriate to examine mysticism psychology and positive psychology. Then the subjects such as human behavior, happy human, self purification, and virtuous human characteristics were tried to be examined comparatively with mysticism psychology of and positive psychology. As a result, Ibn Hazm's views were found to be similar to the approach of mysticism psychology. When Ibn Hazm's opinions were compared with the positive psychology approach, it was found that there were some differences despite some similarities.
