Abstract (EN)

CuO nanoparticles (NPs) are the focal point of technological research and applications due to their excellent biocompatibility, chemical stability, and encouraging optical properties. Their high dielectric constant and good ferroelectric properties are significant features. When used alone or in combination with carbon-based materials, they become promising materials for electromagnetic wave absorption. In this thesis study, CuO nanoparticles were successfully prepared and characterized using the pulsed laser ablation (PLA) method in an aqueous solution. The laser ablation process was carried out using a laser nanoparticle synthesis system (laser ablation) employing pulsed laser. The effects of various laser parameters on the properties of CuO nanoparticles, including optical, morphological, and structural characteristics, were investigated. The impact of the total energy per unit area (ranging from 6.3 to 16.56 J/cm2) on the CuO nanoparticles was examined by changing the laser ablation energy. The compatibility of the obtained spectrum results with the literature was evaluated
