Abstract (EN)

The aim of this study is to comparie of aerobic strength performances and recovering times of professional footbollers. For this reason, 24 footbollers who struggle in elite level joined our study and player were seperaled into 4 groups as (3) goalkeeper, (8) middle area, (8) defence, (5) attack. 24 players who joined the study made Yo-Yo at intervals recovering level 1 test done and players running distance, maximum heart beating numbers (KAH), maximum oxygen consumption merits, recovering periods and running distance according to the ports in results, to which they play were measured. Since fixing of the differences between groups, Kruskal Wallis-H test was carried out and according to the results, to fix between which groups there were diffenences, Mann Whitney-U test was carried out. A significant increase between I. test, running distances and II. test, running distances of footboller, a significant decrease between I. test, KAH numbers and II. test, KAH numbers, a significant increase between I. test, VO2max merits and II. test, VO2max merits, a significant decrease between I. test, recovering times and II. test, recovering times and a significant increase between I. test, distances according to the ports and II. test, distances according to the parts were observed.As a consequence, the increases and decreases in aerobic strength performances of footbollers and in recovering times found a signicance as dependent on trainings and competitions during the season.Key words: Yo-Yo Tests, Soccer, Revoring, Aerobik Strength.
