Abstract (EN)
Evaluation Of Postoperative Collodiafizer Angle Of Proximal Humerus Fractures We think that there may be some anatomical changes of the operated humerus. Our aim in this project is to make collodiafizer angle measurement in proximal part of humerus via opere humerus radiographs, to reveal anatomical measurement difference after surgery and to evaluate the effect of proximal humerus fracture operations on anatomical colodiafizer angle. In our study, 51 patients with unilateral Proximal Humerus Fracture who had undergone surgical treatment between December 2011 and January 2019 in the Orthopedics and Traumatology Clinic of Balcalı Hospital, Faculty of Medicine, Çukurova University were retrospectively screened and identified from the operation book. On the anteroposterior radiographs of the patients, ENLİL HBYS program was drawn in the anterior frontal plane from the middle of the humerus diaphysis and the caput humeri line was drawn to cut the line of the collum anatomicum 90 degrees. The angle between these lines was again determined by the angle meter and collodiafizer angles in the program. The age range of the patients ranged from 19 to 83 years with a mean of 53.56 ± 16.34 years. Of the 51 patients we included in the study, 27 were men and 24 were women. If we look at the mechanism of gender-related trauma; in vehicle traffic accident (6M, 1W), non-vehicle traffic accident (3M, 4W), simple falls (7M, 15W), falling from high (10M, 4W), motorcycle accident (1M). Surgical fixation to the patients; 46 patients underwent plaque screws, 2 patients underwent screws, 2 patients underwent intramedullary nailing, and 1 patient underwent K-wire. The mean collodiaphyseal angle of the patient side in our study was 132.81 ± 13.83. During the surgical treatment of patients with proximal humerus fractures in our study, it was determined that anatomical humerus integrity between the humerus collodiafizer angle morphology and the values close to normal was achieved.
