Then, almonds are tested to crack under different wetting periods (1, 2 and 4hours), different jaw clearens (13, 13.5 and 14 mm) and different speeds (50, 75 and 100 rpm).The maximum efficiency graphics are presented.Keywords: Almond, almond cracking machine
