Abstract (EN)
This study aims to investigate the effect of psychological resilience on individuals' psychological well-being and also to determine the mediating effects of emotional intelligence and self-efficacy beliefs on this relationship. Research data were collected from undergraduate students of a foundation university in Ankara through questionnaire forms. Data collected from 177 participants through questionnaires were evaluated through reliability analysis, t-test, anova test, correlation analysis, hierarchical regression analysis. According to the findings of the study, it was determined that psychological resilience is effective on psychological well-being and emotional intelligence and self-efficacy have a mediating role in the relationship between psychological resilience and psychological well-being.
