Abstract (EN)
Objective: Early onset age, greater depressive symptoms, greater risk of self-absorption, worse termination, and low functionality have been reported in the presence of obsessive-compulsive symptom (OKS) in patients diagnosed with psychotic disorder (PB). In this study, it was aimed to investigate the relationship of OKS presence with yeti loss and quality of life in PB patients. Methods: Medical Faculty of Cukurova University, Balcali Hospital, Department of psychiatry outpatient and inpatient treatment, the applicant undergoing DSM-V diagnostic criteria 'brief psychotic disorder', 'schizophreniform disorder' 'Schizophrenia', 'a delusional disorder' and 'schizoaffective disorder' diagnosis and diagnosis of the disease over the past 67 years in the patient group, no more than five of person of 64 healthy individuals as a control group was created. In the sample group socio-demographic data form, positive and negative Syndrome Scale (PANSS), Padua Inventory (TH), the World Health Organization quality of life scale abbreviated Version (WHOQOL-BREF) and the World Health Organization disability Assessment Schedule (WHODAS 2.0), Beck anxiety scale (BAO), Beck Depression Inventory (BDI), Beck scale for suicidal ideation (BIDO) scales were administered. Results: PE total score (PE-TOP) and subscale scores of th th patients diagnosed with PB were higher than in the control group. In correlation analyses, it was found that the presence of oxs reduces quality of life and increases yeti loss. Disability affecting regression analysis of the data: TH-BALL, the rumination subscale TH (TH-R), TH-certainty subscale of the behavior (TH-KD), whoqol-bref-TR total score (QoLT) and physical (QoL1), social (QoL3), general health (QoL5) the quality of life sub-scales was identified as BAO. Data that most affect quality of life; Pe-R, PE-TOP, THODAS social participation subscale (DAS6), thodas 2.0 total score (DAST) and BDE were determined. Conclusion: From the Study Data, low levels of social and occupational functioning, low quality of life, increased anxiety, depression, suicidal tendencies in PB patients in the presence of OKS can be associated with. Patients with PB in the clinic should be carefully monitored for oxs, which may occur at any time during the course of the disease. Early recognition of comorbidity and regulation of treatment for Ox will be able to improve the quality of life of the patient, reduce the loss of power and make the termination more positive.
