Abstract (EN)
This thesis is a survey for some properties of q-hypergeometric series which has many applications in number theory, physics, statistics and computer science. The first chapter deals with the basic definitions for q-calculus and necessary lemmas and theorems that will be used later. In the second chapter, some summation and transformation formulas for q-hypergeometric series were introduced. Keywords: q-calculus, q-binomial theorem, q-hypergeometric series.
