A lot of work have been done and putforward a standard structure about this subject. This structure is PACS (Picture Archiving andCommunication System). This system not only provides saving medical image with digitalarchiving methods practically but also is easy managing. A standard Medical Image format is usedin this system. This is DICOM (Digital Image Communication in Medicine) standard.Medical image as well as extra text information about patient can be saved with thisstandard. It seems to be a database prototype with this structure. A lot of type of patientinformation can be saved with DICOM tags in DICOM file. This advantages help to transfer andincrease experiences conforming to ethic rules.A system was asserted which can be alternative to present system in this thesis. Thisproposed system can be archiving digital medical image and provide to remote manage and usage.Furthermore this system provides to represent the DICOM archive to user without needs anyqualified clients in internet.
