Abstract (EN)
The reliable determination of Optically Stimulated Luminescence (OSL) trap parameters is dependent on the detail analysis of OSL decay curve. In this work the kinetic parameters of Blue light Stimulated Luminescence (BSL) decay curve from Al2O3:C sample irradiated at different doses has been obtained using thermal analysis-curve, GO (General Order) Method, LM-OSL (Linear Modulation) technique and AOSL (Active OSL) approximation. The results were compared with the results reported by other researchers.
