So called companies, apart from their advantages, can turn their disadvantages into opportunity. Today it is important for the companies to react immediately to the changes in order to make quick decisions. In order to make quick decisions, it is necessery to have machines and equipments which can adapt competitiveness of companies into the process of manifacture and to consider the factors which can ensure advantages; in short they should have Flexible Manufacturing System.To obtain the flexibility and the quick decision, it is advisable to perform the modern techniques and methods while considering the circumstances that companies have or are likely to have. Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is an organ which helps the policy maker seperate problems into components hierarchically and notice the interaction among the components. The aim of the paper is to allow a competative company in the education sector to make exact decision of buying a CNC lathe by using AHP.
