Abstract (EN)

The trust notion is a largely effective factor that based on between organisational performance and connection that is constituted between the manager and the em-ployee. For reaching organisational success and wilful working by workers, envi-ronements that workers can form freely their views need to be created. From this point of the view, trust is an efficient factor for organizational management. In this regard, the purpose of this research is investigation the relationship between organizational trust and organizational commitment. The data is analyzed on 464 civil servants that work in Istanbul with survey method and the obtained data is analyzed with SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) for Windows 22.0 program. As statistical methods; number, percentage and avarage standard de-viation are used in evaluation of the data. The normal deviation test is applied to determine variebles of the research do not disperse normally. In conclusion, when avarage of the organizational trust and organizational com-mitment degree of the civil servants that participate the survey are observed, trust degrees of civil servants are determined thus and so; "trust to stakeholders" de-gree is middle, "trust to colleagues" degree is middle, "trust to managers" de-gree is middle "organisational trust" degree is middle, "organisational commitment" degree is middle.
