Abstract (EN)

The development of technology in this degree also affects the business sector. Existing firms need to save time and cost in the face of such developments. The personnel monitoring system that emerged with the developing technology in the workflow processes has assumed the duty of determining wages to the employees according to the employees' entry/exit times. In this study, a personnel monitoring system is emphasized and some innovations have been made. Working on existing personnel tracking systems on the local server and their general usage on a single purpose has caused them to be unable to respond to other needs. The personnel monitoring system subjected to this study was developed as a web-based application using nodeMCU. The most important feature is its work as a cross-platform and can perform tasks without distinguishing the operating system. Unlike existing personnel monitoring systems, personnel performance evaluation and remote access make this system more useful than other systems. Bootstrap is used to solve the optimization problems caused by being web-based. In this way, the system will optimize itself according to the device. In this study, it is aimed to simplify human life by monitoring objects and people and to ease the burden of accounting and human resources that carry out studies for personnel and product follow-up operations in the production workplaces.
