Abstract (EN)

Rheumatoid arthritis is one of the common diseases that many studies are looking to find early diagnostic methods. The early treatment of Arthritis disease is important. The aim of this study was to accurately measure the concentration of 8-OHDG, hsCRP, Interleukin 1α, and some biochemical markers. The potential relationship between 8- OHDG and hsC-RP Interleukin 1α and some biochemical markers in rheumatoid arthritis patients was be examined. The study included two groups, the first group included 55 healthy people (group A: 55 patients without rheumatoid arthritis), while the second group included 75 people with arthritis disease (group B: 75 patients suffering from rheumatoid arthritis), the following chemical tests were performed Serum 8-OHDG Test, Interleukin 1α, S. HDL, S. LDL, S. CRP, RF, hsC-RP and Insulin for both groups. The result: was a significant difference between RA and 8- OHdG, insulin, Lipid profile and IL- α1. The results indicate the need for more studies to demonstrate more benefits for 8-OHdG and insulin patients and to evaluate its effect on rheumatoid arthritis diseases.
