In the study, was tried to introduce investigate the First World War in re-examination of Russian resources and Russia-Turkey relations in a new approach of the context. Russian chronicles and published works were used as the primary source for shaping the approach. Study of the First World War period Russia Turkey relations, has kept the name of the Caucasus Front subject to more detailed examination. In addition to the mutual conflict in the Caucasus Front, political activities, hidden and unrealizable plans, and economic examination along with the revolutions were also included in the thesis. In the study, care was taken to use different approaches together critically and qualitatively. In the context of sources and documents, sociological analysis of the period was made and their synthesis with political events was fixed. Archive documents and memoirs are included in the study, since the importance of primary sources is very important in explaining historical events. In the sections describing the social situation, economic situation and revolution, care was taken to deal with the problematic. From a broad perspective, it is understood that with the First World War, the foundations of global systems began to be laid, technical advances and political expectations in the military field reached a high level, alliances and blocs emerged. Reciprocal struggles were experienced at the level of the interstate war both before and after the First World War. However, this war is chosen among others with many features. First of all, the First World War created the environment for the destruction of the great empires, the revolution of the systems, the formation of new states, the establishment of the republics, the change of the war technologies, the reconstruction of the sociological structure and the new world order. The First World War, which changed the history of the world to know it before and after, appeared in bold letters on the old pages of history.
