منهج تأويل الآيات المتعلَّقة بالرؤيا (من حيث دلالتهما الظاهرية والإشارية)

The clarity of the Qur'an and understanding its meanings were not limited to the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) alone, but extended to his Companions (may Allah be pleased with them). Allah Almighty commanded the Prophet to clarify to people what was revealed to him, and He commanded us to reflect upon its verses and understand its words and meanings through its wide-ranging indications and purposes. Among these words is the term "vision," which is expanded upon in several Qur'anic verses and discussed in various surahs. Each vision requires its own specific interpretation. This linguistic study demonstrates that the interpretation of visions holds a great significance in the Qur'an and the purified Sunnah. It shows that interpreting visions follows specific legal and methodological rules, and it requires insight and a divine gift. Moreover, it addresses the differing perspectives of the leading scholars of interpretation in this art and its sciences. The research examines the verses related to visions using the allegorical interpretation method (tafsir al-ishari), focusing on their indications and purposes. It also mentions the methodology of each interpreter whose exegesis is included in the mentioned verses and highlights the effects of allegorical meanings and the variations in understanding the Qur'anic meanings under specific conditions. The goal is to present a deeper and richer reading of Qur'anic texts, combining both the apparent and hidden spiritual meanings through understanding and deduction.
