Abstract (EN)

In wind power plants, sustainable energy generation relies heavily on effective maintenance practices that ensure the mechanical and electrical reliability of systems. Technical failures in critical components such as drivetrain systems, bearing assemblies, sensor units, and transmission lines can lead to significant performance degradation and economic losses. Data collected through plant monitoring systems enables early prediction of component wear trends and potential faults, thereby facilitating the development of preventive maintenance strategies. For instance, sudden deviations in torque moments, insufficient lubrication, or declines in insulation resistance can indicate the onset of more severe system malfunctions. In this context, integrating digital maintenance systems with SCADA data through artificial intelligence algorithms not only reduces downtime but also enhances the cost-effectiveness of maintenance operations. Additionally, implementing retrofit solutions on specific equipment extends component lifespan and mitigates occupational health and safety risks. In conclusion, conducting maintenance processes through a systematic and technologically driven approach is of critical importance for increasing reliability and ensuring uninterrupted energy production in wind power plants.
