Abstract (EN)
Energy, showed itself with the historical development of mankind, and every day has increased the need for self. The need for energy is increasing every day with the development of technology. However, there is limited earth resources to meet the energy, it will progressing rapidly toward extinction.Humanbeing has led to searches for new sources of energy to be running out. Therefore, limited resources were unlimited resources orientation. Petrol, natural gas, fossil fuels such as coal will be reduced to the level of extinction in the next 50 years. Therefore, to meet increasing energy demand is entered into the new searches. In this process, scientists have set as its goal use endless energy sources as solar and wind energy.Wind energy which is one of endless energy sources, is not causing environmental pollution like the fossil fuels, such as offering a clean and endless energy. Wind capacity examined in Turkey, Ege and Marmara regions were able to produce highly efficient wind energy. In Turkey, wind energy has been used at the beginning of the 2000s. Since we are a new country as the use of wind energy dependence on foreign technology. The first investment cost is high because we were dependent on foreign supplies. That prevents us to get cheaper energy. In this study, the rotor hub (HUB) which is the vital part of wind turbine, intended to make the production and characteristics of international standards. Production metallurgy sensitive metallurgical variables are : chemical composition, inoculation, Mg treatments , nodularizering parameters, cooling rate, and section thickness were determined. During the production, the optimization of sensetive metallurgical variables targeted and with the conjuctions work besides the original contributions to the realization of production in accordance with the standards achieved.
