Sheikh'ul-İslam Sadullah Efendi's life and works (In the frame of Fetâvâ Sadullah Efendi)

This thesis includes the subjects that the historical background of the era who lived Sadullah Efendi as a Sheikh'ul-Islam of Ottoman Empire in 16th century as well as his life, his works and translations of fatwas of Sadullah Efendi. This research consists of an introduction and two chapters. Historical background of the era is included in the introduction section. Sadullah Efendi's life, works and fiqh opinions are explained in the first chapter. Transcriptions of his fetwa tractate are included in the second chapter.
