Abstract (EN)
In this thesis, the Dirichlet and Neumann problems for the Laplace Equation are formulated as the Fredholm integral equations in IR3. Single layer and double layer potentials for the Helmholtz equation are investigated. The solution of the problem for the time harmonic wave propagation is given in a nonhomogeneus medium.
