Abstract (EN)
Ubeydullah b. Mes'ud was a scholar of Hanafi school who lived in Bukhara. Sadrüşşeria, one of the most important personalities of his time in fields such as Kalam, Fiqh, procedure, logic and philosophy, has an important place in transplant and mental Sciences. Bukhara, which was destroyed after the Mongol invasion, has been instrumental in becoming a center of science again and in the development of Hanafism to the present day. Sadrushsheria's works, written in many branches of Islamic sciences, spread throughout the Islamic world through his students and were also taught in Ottoman madrasas. Sadrüşşeria preferred a happy way between mind and transmission by focusing on the functionality of the mind. According to him, in terms of faith-deeds, reward-punishment, algebra-will, one's responsibility must be able to talk about the "offer ma la yutak". He has also stipulated power along with knowledge as a condition of obligation. Sadrüşşeria has focused on three subjects such as science, will and power. According to him, in order to be able to talk about the proposal, the taxpayer must know what he is responsible for, have the intention to act, have the power to perform the actual that he is held responsible.
