Abstract (EN)
In this study, free particle in a spherical well of Schrödinger equation is solved by using Finite Element Method (FEM). The solutions are compared with analytic solution, Bessell functions and it?s seen that solutions are in accordance with great accuracy. Key Words: Finite element methods (FEM), quantum dot, quantum well.
