Abstract (EN)
The stress and burnout levels of the employees in the health sector may adversely affect the physical and psychological status of the health personel. The aim of this study is to determine the factors affecting the levels of stress and burnout in the health sector, and to determine the problems caused by the perception of stress and burnout. It is important that the service provided in the health sector is continuous and continuous. In addition, healthcare workers have intensive and stressful working conditions. The fact that health personnel has a direct impact on human health makes it important to determine the stress and burnout perceptions of health personnel. In health sector, necessary strategies and policies should be taken into consideration by institutions for the perception of stress and burnout of the personel. In this regard, it is important to identify factors that may cause stress and burnout, especially at individual and organizational levels, and to propose solutions to these factors
