Abstract (EN)
In this study, the relationship between brand image, brand value and service quality perceptions of those who receive health services was examined. The questionnaire was used as a data collection tool. The first part of the questionnaire consists of personal information questions while the second part consists of Brand Image, the third part is Brand Value and the fourth is Quality of Service. The sample of the study consisted of 200 randomly selected individuals. A moderate positive relationship was found between the Quality of Service and the Brand Image. A strong positive relationship was found between Quality of Service and Brand Value. A moderate positive relationship was found between brand image and brand value. There were no statistically significant differences in terms of Brand Image, Brand Value, and Service Quality between gender, educational status, and marital status, groups with different professions, monthly average household income, total working time and having any chronic diseases. The average of the Brand Image, Brand Association, Reliability, Ambition, Trust, Empathy, Service Quality scores of those who are 41 years old and older decrease as the average age decree
