Abstract (EN)
According to the definition of World Health Organization, health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity. Eliminating the negative effects caused by stress on the performance of health-care employess to whom the success of an organization is directly linked, would be possible if and only if the sources of organizational risks could be precisely figured out and solved appropriately.
