Abstract (EN)
Health institutions are service organizations that carry out activities aimed at protecting health, treating diseases, rehabilitating and improving health. Health institutions are a service sector with high employee labor, complex organizational structure, high level of specialization, directly related to human health. For this reason, it is important for managers to exhibit ethical leadership behaviors in order to ensure efficiency and efficiency in management practices and to take ethical practices and ethical decisions. This research investigated the impact of employees' acumen of ethical leadership in healthcare organizations on organizational commitment and organizational justice. The sample of this study consisted of a total of 300 participants working in private hospitals in Ankara. Within the scope of the study, survey method was used as a data collection tool and demographic characteristics, ethical leadership scale(ELS), organızational justıce scale (OJS)and organizational commitment scale (OCS) were used to create the survey form. As a result of the analysis of the data obtained from the survey study applied to the employees in order to test the hypotheses put forward in the research, it was shown that the perception of ethical leadership had an effect on organizational justice and organizational commitment. The result of the studies show that ,there is a meaningful and poitive relationship between ethical leadership , organizational commitment, and organizational justice. In addition, all three variables were compared according to the demographic characteristics of the participants (gender, marital status, age, working time, duty status and education) and differences were detected in some variables.
