Abstract (EN)

Simulation systems are virtual reality environments that are build on thecomputers and used to abate risks of physical environments. Lisp is aprogramming language designed to represent the complex concepts of artificialintelligence applications. In this study virtual cities are build using Lispprogramming language on the basis of New York city model for a simulationsystem that will be used as a traffic training platform. To build virtual cities, thestandards of civil engineering rules are adopted. The population and parcelinformation about the virtual city are input and the details of the virtual city areproduced than these details are used to generate the city.Science Code : 702Key Words : Virtual cities, Lisp language, city planningPage Number : 64Adviser : Assoc.
