Abstract (EN)
The place of artists in Labour Law and Social Rights was examined in this study. People who have creativity in any branch of fine arts and create works or play and interpret works of art, such as cinema, theatre and music are defined as artists. Within the scope of this study, what rights artists have and what ways they can apply in case of any violation of these rights in terms of Labour and Social Law were discussed.
