Abstract (EN)

Industry building?s being a good allottee in our country?s economy and increase of environment promotion in the area of industry have brought the necessity of keeping step with the development and technology for these industry buildings. All the same, the competitive atmospherehas taken its place as determining factor in this process. The fundamental duty of an architect in this process is to apprehend wisely the developing technology and competitive atmosphere, to provide the needs, to be compatible with the environment, economical, to be open to the every development and to project industry buildingsthat will go into action as soon as possible and then to apply these projects. In this study, the original data of architectural and structural planning of industrial buildings is explained, the design of them, applyings, plannings, the problems appearing or likely to appear after applying are mentioned and investigation of these problems for chosen area (KÜTAHYA REGION) is made. The structural problemsof chosen industrial buildings of model area is targetted. Additionally finding the ways of solution of the problems which are likely to be solved is targetted t oto back to (KÜTAHYA REGION) as a gaining. Finally, in the investigations conducted in the industrial buildings of chosen area (KÜTAHYA REGION). It is observed that conditions of structural comfort is neglected in the process of desinging, planning, and applying.
