Abstract (EN)
Several studies reveal that protein leakage from microvascular to tissue is one of the inflammator processes in I/R injury model. Evans blue dye highly tends to bind to tissue proteins. While proteins are passing from microvascular to tissue liquid, they bind to evans blu dye and it leads to protein accumulation. It is possible to determine how much protein leakage is by measuring evans blue dye in tissues by spectrophotometer. In our study, intestinal I/R model was applied to rats. They were given cannabinoid 2 receptor agonist (AM-1241) through abdominal vein just before of I/R. Than, evans blue dye was given to them through as iv infusion. Evans blue dye in lung and ileum was measured by means of intestinal I/R model. Groups were compared with each other. A significant difference (P<0.01) happened between ?am-control and I/R groups. Furthermore, a significant difference (P<0.05) between I/R and I/R+CB2 groups was determined. However, there was no significant difference (P>0.05) between ?am-control and ?/R+ CB2 groups. In the conclusion, the study shows that cannabinoid 2 receptor agonist prevents protein leakage from microvascular to tissue of ileum and lung that is distand organ, and thus it plays the role of antiinflammatuar in ileum I/R damage.
