Abstract (EN)
In this study, (E) -2-hydroxy-4 - ((2-hydroxybenzylidene) amino) benzoic acid was synthesized from the reaction of 4-amino-2-hydroxybenzoic acid and salicyladehitine and Co (II), Cu (II), of this schiff base. Ni (II) and Zn (II) metal complexes were synthesized. The structures of the synthesized compounds are illuminated by spectroscopic methods such as FT-IR, UV-Vis, TGA, Elemental Analysis, ICP, Magnetic Susceptibility, 13C-1H-NMR and X-Ray. Theoretical and experimental data are in harmony with each other.
