Abstract (EN)

In magnetic hyperthermia (MH), which is one of the new generation supportive cancer treatment methods, it is aimed to thermal ablate cancer cells by increasing the temperature of the target region locally. In this application, it is important not to damage the healthy tissues around the tumor while applying heat selectively to the cancerous area. New approaches such as localization of magnetic nanoparticle (MNP) oscillations in MH are being investigated. In this proposed thesis study, static magnetic field (SMF) patterns were created using circular Halbach arrays. The changes occurring with the magnet angle were examined by finite element method simulation. According to the simulation results, a mechanism was established to create appropriate magnetic field patterns and static magnetic field patterns were mapped with measurements. According to the mapping results; It has been observed that the FFR shrinks and grows and the movement of its center point along an axis. The use of magnetic field patterns created by circular Halbach arrays in targeted MH was examined in this study.
