Abstract (EN)
In this study, 6-arylidenethiazolo[3,2-b]-1,2,4-triazole-5(6H)-ones substituted with ibuprofen,flurbiprofen or naproxen were synthesized as a sellective cyclooxygenase-2 inhibitor and anti-inflammatory agant. Normally non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) have some side effect such as gastrointestinal haemorrage and ulseration. The goal of this study, synthesis of new compounds which contain thiazole[3,2-b]-1,2,4-triazole ring with non-steroidal anti-inflamatory compounds, ibuprofen,flurbiprofen or naproxen. Thus, we combinated non-steroidal anti-inflammatory compounds with potantial anti-inflammatory active ring system thiazole[3,2-b]-1,2,4-triazole. For this reason, we suggested, improving activity with reducing side effect. The structure of compounds were elucidated by IR and 1HNMR spektroscopy tecniques.
