Abstract (EN)
In order to determine the incidence of isthmocele, which has increased in parallel with the increasing cesarean rates globally, between January 2022 and February 2023, Ankara University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Reproductive Assisted Treatment Center and Reproductive Health Diagnosis, Treatment, Training and Research Center were admitted. Transvaginal ultrasound followed by saline infusion sonography was first applied to patients who had cesarean section and could not conceive despite at least one year of unprotected intercourse.
