Evaluation of cloud based multi-criterias decision making processes in sectors

Nowadays, cloud technologies are starting to growth. Many experts says that these technologies are continueing to growth in further years. General meaning of trouble, things that keep together to block our goals with different shapes and times according to planned ones. If the troubles will not fixed on time, then they can gets a caos. Number of criterias have important point at decision process to select best option from our decision points. If we will choose according to one criteria, it should be easy to choose. However, if there are more than one criterias on our process, it would be much complex. This method of solution of decision making problems with multi-level decision criterion and methods of producing fungus mathematical analyzer is called VERY CRITICAL DECISION MAKING METHODS in the literature. There are 9 methods as Multi Criterias Decision Process to solve and choose and It takes too many times to do them with manually. Some of them have softwares but many of them not. Purpose of the software in the thesis, present to users that they need to choose a point, they can use 1 or more than 1 methods in same time. According to the software, they can compare the results of methods that used in soluiton of problems. It saves time.
