Abstract (EN)

Due to rapid consumption of energy source in nature, and the self-non-renewal sources such as patrol, coal etc. that causes damaging to environment, using renewable energy source is getting inevitable position. Solar energy is used in many areas together with energy systems. The most common used solar energy system is grid-connected systems. The inverter losses due to power failures are important in these systems. In grid-connected photovoltaic systems (without batteries), the solar panels keep to give energy to the system as long as daylight is maintained in case of any possible interruption in network, but the network side behaves such an island wrapped in unsealed lines. This is called as "islanding". In this study, a power generation plant based on photovoltaic energy is modeled. In photovoltaic systems, providing energy even in transient regime and power continuity for unexpected situations is very important. The aim of this study is that supplying DC motor with voltage by obtaining from photovoltaic panel as well as providing the continuity of system with driving synchronous generator by DC motor. The reliability of the obtained results has proved by analyzing the designed system under different load profiles. It is investigated that how much losses can be tolerated using the proposed system for resulting losses due to interruptions in 1 MW solar plant.
